B. Mid-Year Term1 Allowance
- Tuition and other school fees up to ₱10,000.00
- Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance ₱2,000.00
- Monthly Living Allowance ₱7,000.00 / month for two months
Who Can Apply This Scholarship ?
Graduating grade 12 male and female students in sy 2023-2024
all students belonging to the stem class nonstem strand and must be in the top 5% of the graduating class graduate of grade 12 before sy 2023-2024

- Certificate of good moral character Certification of good healthPrincipal’s Certification
- Applicant who is in grade 12 graduating/graduated Student in the stem strand
- Applicant who is in grade 12 graduating/graduated student in the non-stem strand; belongs to the Certification – upper 5% of the class
- Applicant who is attending homeschool Applicant under the alternative learning system (als)
- Applicant who graduated from high school before The k-12 program; belongs to the upper 5% of the class
- Certificate of residency : Parents’ certification – applicant has no pending immigration
- Application to another country , Dost-sei scholarship examination/award
- Applicant’s certification of no post-secondary units earned Signed declaration of applicant and the parent/legal guardian
- Recent picture, passport size id picture (1.8 in x 1.4 or 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) Birth certificate
- Parent/s or legal guardian’s 2022 income tax return (itr) / bir form 1701 / employment contract for ofw / bir certificate of exemption From filing of itr/ certificate of indigency / certificate of
- Employment with compensation / proof of pension
- Notarized affidavit of guardianship (if applicable) Marriage certificate for married applicant
