Job Description

Organising and controlling the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according the company statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages following HACCP procedures and in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.

Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.

Controlling and directing the food preparation process.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Human Resource Management; Science & Technology or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Strictly 5’4 in height for female

Strictly 5’6 in height for male

With at least 2 years of experience in the same field
